%The Royal Ramble is a perfect introduction to dirt riding and bikepacking around Sydney, starting from Loftus Station and exploring Royal National Park. Begin with easy singletrack through forest trails, then follow Lady Carrington Drive’s gentle firetrail along the Hacking River, surrounded by towering blue gum trees and cabbage palms. After 10 km, tackle a 4 km on-road climb near Waterfall Station, then return to the park via Uloola Falls firetrail. Enjoy fast riding with a bit of challenge, leading to a scenic campsite at Uloola Falls. Spend the night amidst the natural beauty, then head back to Waterfall Station for a quick train ride to Sydney, ending with breakfast in Chinatown.
